Rock triaxial (confining pressure) testing machine

01 Overview

ZYSS series rock triaxial testing machine is a mechatronics-hydraulic integrated testing equipment for rock research. It can simulate the mechanical properties of rock and soil under the original in-situ stress state, which is an important basis for engineering design. It is used for rock uniaxial compression test, axial compression test under confifining pressure environment, axial compression and creep test under high temperature environment. 02 Product characteristics

The whole loading frame of the host can be casted, which has a  high rigidity, and the cylinder is in the bottom

The confifining pressure cavity can install the axial and radial extensometer, and reserve multiple sets of cable outlet channels;


A heating body for heating is installed on the wall of the  confifining pressure chamber, 

which is extremely insulated, fast Can do hydraulic fracturing test.

The fifixed sensor on the inner side of the host frame’s upper beam is a column structure, with accurate force measurement; 

Axial and radial extensometer can be installed in the confifining chamber;


The loading of water pressure is achieved by loading the booster cavity through screw side. The servo motor drives the reducer to move the screw by rotating the screw nut, so as to achieve precise control of the oil pressure or water pressure cavity;
