Tapered Roller Bearing Testing Machine

01 Overview

It is specially used to test the fatigue life of tapered roller bearing and provides test conditions for the evaluation of bearing performance. Main functions: Pair tapered roller bearings are loaded axially and rotated at high speed. The bearing failure is determined by parameters such as temperature, vibration, friction and torque to test the service life of the bearing.

02 Product characteristics

The machine can load two groups of bearings axially at the same time, or load a group of bearings separately. The axial load is realized by the actuatorconnected with the tooling, which can convert the axial load force into internal force, and realize the bearing pair loading. It can be controlled independently. The load force is measured by the pressure sensor, calibrated by the force sensor, and parameters of bearings under the axial force loading condition is tested. At the same time, it can simulate the rotation of the bearing driven by the motor. The friction torque can be obtained by force sensor, which tests the rotation resistance of the force. It can fully stimulate the load and motion state of the bearing.Sensors of temperature, vibration, and rotation rate collect real-time data
for data analysis to determine the bearing failure.

Automatic loading can be realized. After setting the speed and load loading time required for the test, the software can automatically perform the loading test.The control system can automaticallycol lect, process, display and print data and test results, and it has alarm and limit protection functions.
